5. Prices informations & payment methods
All prices you find in our online store include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Zallart Studio, concisely presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, postage applied to each order and other additional costs that may apply.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by Zallart Studio at any time.
Zallart Studio offers the following payment methods: Credit card, ATM, MB WAY, Paypal, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery
Once payment has been completed, Zallart Studio will carry out a standard check so that the order can be processed and dispatched. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.

Zallart Studio is a registered online shop, and the service provided is the responsibility of Helena Castela.
The content, domain, information present and made available on Zallart Studio are property of Helena Castela or have been granted to this and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by Zallart Studio.

7. Product availability

Items are subject to availability and stock limitations.
Zallart Studio does not reserve pottery pieces for customers.
8. Fees and taxes
At Zallart Studio the prices shown are in € euros, and the appropriate VAT and tax rates are applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
9. Use of photos and videos
Zallart Studio takes photographs and videos for promotional purposes, always informing the client in advance. If the client does not wish to take part, please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for images taken by clients or third parties.
10. Bookings
Bookings for workshops and Paint Your Own Pottery sessions can be made online, by email, phone or directly at the studio.
The client must commit to arriving on time, as delays of more than 30 minutes will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
11. Collect your order
For collect your order in Zallart Studio atelier, you can only do so after receiving our email notifying you that the order is ready. You have a maximum collection period of 15 days.
When collecting the order, please present your name and the date of your pottery painting session.
12. Shipment
All national orders are sent by registered mail via CTT Expresso.
For all internacional orders, we offer shipping via carrier, with prices to be verified based the destination country. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. For more information on specific timelines and costs, please contact me by email: info@zallartstudio.com
13. Returns and Exchanges
The pieces created during the workshops are exclusive and cannot be returned or exchanged. We value the uniqueness of each creation, making each piece a special memento of your learning experience.
14. Complaints

15. Disclaimer
By creating and using the account at Zallart Studio, the customer is responsible for account maintenance, confidentiality and all activity arising from their account. By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
Zallart Studio is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online shop.
Zallart Studio is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen delivery of orders.
